Q: How do I go about getting a custom designed business card from Here?

A: It's a simple process really, you contact me via email or phone, we discuss what your looking for in a card, than SharpeCards will put together a design or two for you to look at, you tell us what you like or don't like about the design, and we go from there. your are not billed until your happy with the final design and have approved the proof for print, at which point you pay, and the cards are processed and shipped directly to you.

Q: How long is the turnaround on cards?

A: Once the Design has been approved and paid for by you, the turnaround is normally between 7-10 business days. some larger and  specialty orders may take longer, this will be clearly communicated with you prior to payment.

Q: Do you maintain the files in case I need to reorder my cards later?

A: Yes, I save all files for easy reordering in the future.

Q: Do you give discounts on reorders?

A: Yes, Reorders that use an existing unaltered file will receive 20% discount. If there is to be changes made to the file they will be at regular cost.

Q: Can my company get a Discounted Rate for large orders?

A: Yes, I do give out corporate rates to companies that have Large orders or prove to have consistent Reorders. Feel free to contact me if you think your business would qualify for this discount.

Q: How do I pay for my new Cards?

A: I have Paypal setup on the Price List page, and I can except credit cards through Paypal, I also take cash, and personal Checks (Processing of cards will not start until funds have cleared the bank).
